Throw ins are a skill. It is extremely difficult to execute on our own due to the lack of natural scope to propel the ball over our head. We are limited as humans to get it right and that is why the inconsistencies exist!

Identifying with the ten glaring challenges associated with throwing the ball in is important. The time to eliminate or mitigate the effect of these challenges on our game has expired.

Using the Hoiker is still a skill execution challenge for Boundary Umpires. Time invested in practice is required, but importantly, the consistent end result will be vastly improved as time rolls on. Have fun using it!

Replacement Process
You will improve over time by using your Hoiker, so to be eligible for a replacement, you must have discovered a significant fault in the apparatus. We will ask you for photographic proof of the fault you have discovered.
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
If your reason for a replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a new Hoiker. We will not ask you to return the apparatus you have an issue with.
